The Requirements of The Ideal Article - Quality Assurance in Content Creation

On my Blogspot site, I began writing my posts back in July 2020. And it was pure fun. I wrote about why I disliked editing. Also, my other sites have some similar posts. But now, I understand this. It is not limited to your grammar skills, is it?

This is going to be my first post here. Yes, the Grammarly plugin is active. But I won't use the Yoast SEO plugin for this post.

Instead, let me enlist the lessons learnt in this past year of content writing. Some of these were the outcomes of freelancing on popular platforms.

What is an Ideal Article?

This article image features a 3D pencil object and the post title.

It should be simple for your target audience. And you need to remember the big picture. Long story short, you write to solve more problems. But to cause less harm.

Thus, everything else originates from this desire.

Those 'content quality guidelines' and the readability tests. And the way this article uses small paragraphs. All of this is not an unnecessary restriction of your expression. Each rule, law or principle results from a long process of maturity.

Of course, you have your unique taste and standards about the quality. The same holds true for me.

Yet, everyone does not possess the same level of language skills. By this very line, I have received 5 recommendations from Grammarly. While my first language is Marathi, that is no excuse. This might limit my understanding of the native English of the U.S. or the U.K.

Still, I am supposed to be an engineering graduate. At this moment, I am wondering how my college assignments or projects would perform here.

Anyway, let's see the tools for the quality control of your content. [TBC]
